Skewb has been shortlisted in two categories at the 2026 Gas Industry Awards, organised by the Institution of Gas Engineers & Managers (IGEM) and the Energy & Utilities Alliance (EUA).

Customer Service Award: Turning Trust Around
Skewb has been shortlisted in the Customer Service Award category for Turning Trust Around: Delivering a Step Change in Customer Experience, developed in close collaboration with Cadent and Local Delivery Partners.
This improvement has transformed the experience of millions of customers across London and highlights the impact of strong collaboration, shared accountability and a sector‑wide commitment to better outcomes.
Investors in People Award: Skewb Futures
Skewb has also been shortlisted for an Investors in People Award for the Skewb Futures programme.
Launched in response to rising demand for client delivery and evolving skill requirements across digital and transformation, Skewb Futures was created as a scalable internal talent pipeline. The programme combines structured learning, live client exposure and innovation‑led thinking.
The programme was designed and delivered collaboratively across the organisation, with senior leaders, technical specialists, delivery managers and commercial teams contributing to learning design, mentoring and innovation sponsorship.
The two shortlists reflect Skewb’s focus on delivering measurable impact for clients while building sustainable capability for the future, grounded in collaboration and innovation.
With such a high standard across all categories this year, it’s a real privilege to see this collective work acknowledged.
