Skewb has announced a new partnership with PEAK4, the workplace wellbeing innovator bringing elite sports science into corporate environments.
The collaboration will give Skewb’s 300 employees and partners across the UK access to PEAK4’s Learning Locker – a digital hub powered by insights from world-class specialists in sport science, performance psychology, nutrition and recovery. The platform delivers on-demand videos, podcasts and actionable tools designed by experts who have worked at the very highest levels of professional sport, making elite knowledge accessible for everyday performance.
As part of the partnership, PEAK4 will also deliver a series of specialist masterclasses, covering topics including nutrition, fitness and stress management.

PEAK4 was founded by former Manchester United FC player and coach Mike Phelan and David Horrocks – a global authority in psychology, technology and innovation. Their combined experience spans elite sport organisations including Manchester United, British Cycling, The FA and the Premier League, alongside work with high-performing teams and individuals across global businesses.
The collaboration reflects Skewb’s continued commitment to supporting the wellbeing, resilience and long‑term performance of its people, both in and out of the workplace.
Commenting on the partnership, Shashi Seshadri, co-founder and CEO at Skewb, said:
“Our people are our greatest asset and supporting their wellbeing is central to how we work at Skewb. Partnering with PEAK4 gives our team access to practical, evidence‑based support that fits around real working lives, helping colleagues feel healthier, more resilient and better equipped to perform at their best.”
David Horrocks, co‑founder at PEAK4, added:
“We’re really pleased to be partnering with Skewb. The organisation’s values and focus on people closely align with our own and we’re looking forward to supporting colleagues with practical tools and insight that can make a meaningful difference to their wellbeing and performance.”
The partnership complements Skewb’s wider wellbeing offering, which includes Skewber Days Out, an annual volunteering day, a dedicated wellbeing day, and generous annual leave.
